FLUTE CHOIR MUSIC
For the last five years I’ve been the regular bassist for the Flutesonic Orchestra in Los Angeles. I’ve fallen in love with the sound of the flutes and have gotten deeply involved in writing for flute choir. I’ve written works on commission for Texas Woman’s University and the Long Island Flute Club, as well as private commissions for an alto flute feature and a piccolo feature, and I’ve attended three NFA conventions (so far). I hope you’ll check out some of my flute choir music below. PS – I’ve also done a couple of videos with the Song of Angels Flute Orchestra playing the Chapman Stick (check out Lady Madonna and Claude and Maurice from the Pheonix NFA Convention) – now there’s a combination you don’t hear every day!!
